Due to COVID-19, we understand many COLT riders may not able to use all their tickets in books of 10 before the January 1, 2021 expiry date. That expiry date has been extended to January 1, 2023 (per Section 3.6 of the Transit Bylaw 22/2019).

Customers are highly encouraged to follow AHS guidance to wear non-medical masks or face coverings when using public transit, or in other locations where physical distancing is not possible.

Council approved the proposed fares which come into effect January 1, 2020:


  • Single One-way Fare: $2.50*
    In app or exact cash on board
  • Adult Monthly Pass: $50.00
    Age 18-59
  • Senior Monthly Pass: $30.00
    Age 60+
  • Student Monthly Pass: $25.00
    Age 6–18 + Student ID
  • Infant: Free
    Age 5 and under
  • Book of 10 Tickets: $20.00

*Single one-way fares can be purchased in the Ride COLT app and online using a credit card.

All tickets, passes and fares are non-refundable; no replacement for lost, stolen, damaged or expired tickets/passes. Passes and tickets cannot be sold, bartered, exchanged, transferred or given away. Passes valid only for one calendar month; tickets valid until expiry. Use of COLT is regulated by Town of Cochrane Transit Bylaw (22-2019).
